How does it help?
ReachBoarding is a constantly-evolving suite of integrated, task-specific modules designed to add efficiencies, real-time automation, and lend a helping hand for the day-to-day challenges of boarding school administrators and staff. Each module has a job to do, and they all work in perfect harmony to provide a seamless solution.
First Response –
Designed to enable administrators to address everything from minor everyday incidents to large-scale emergencies, this module provides enhanced situational awareness of student locations, real-time chat with students, and confirmation of student status, allowing selective, or wide-scale alerts and communication with parents, students, and staff.
CUSTOM SURVEYS/FORMS –
Create, edit, and manage customized intuitive forms designed for students and parents. Generate permission forms for activities, waivers for field trips, or even create short surveys about the things that matter to students and staff on your campus. Custom Surveys/Forms are being used by schools around the world to survey students and staff, address COVID-19 protocols and quickly assess any symptomatic conditions before students and staff arrive to school.
Student Tracker –
Track and report student movements in, out, and around your school, and integrates that data with all other relevant modules within the ReachBoarding system. Movement transactions and student monitoring can be created manually or electronically and staff can know simply by checking a ReachBoarding dashboard screen where any or all students are in real-time and when they are due back.
Leave Manager –
A secure communication and transaction conduit between staff, parents, hosts, and students. The Leave Management module enables students to request leave on any device, and allows parents/hosts and staff to instantly approve or reject from any device. All transactions and communications are tracked for complete risk management and reporting of all leave permission activity.
Attendance Log –
Tracks and monitors attendance at assemblies, in the dorm, and during school-related events in real-time, with multiple staff accountability for students across the campus.
REPORT CARD –
Your Student Life Teams can create a student life “report card” that highlights leadership skills, boarding routines, and areas for improvement in student life. These reports can be sent to parents as a complement to academic reports.
Event Coordinator –
A powerful tool to replace your Google Forms, clipboards, or paper sign-ups for all of your student activities and events. This module assists your Student Activity Team to manage trips, excursions, mall runs, meetings, special events, etc. ReachBoarding simplifies and streamlines the process for all involved.
Wellness Check –
ReachBoarding lets you track, manage, and report on the overall quality of care, the behaviour, and the wellbeing of your students using data tracking, behaviour tagging, and analytics to provide real-time insight of student interactions to ensure harmony and alert staff to potential interpersonal issues before they can escalate.
Campus Chat –
Integrated, real-time secure chat capability between student and teacher. All data stays within the ReachBoarding system and administration has permission-based access to view and report chat logs.
Communication Hub –
A hub for all student communications, utilizing email, PUSH, SMS (Text Msgs) to communicate with students, staff and parents for alerts, notices and emergency situations.
Dispensary –
Provides your staff with a mechanism to schedule, monitor, dispense, modify, record, report, and manage permissions on all aspects of student prescriptions or OTC medication protocols. This comprehensive dispensary system generates historic reports for the dispensing of medicines by date, by medication, by student, or by dispensing staff members.
Duty Reporter –
Design and customize your own Duty Reports to suit your needs with an unlimited number of report sections. Reports are immediately saved and historic reports are easily accessible with full search and selective sharing functionality. Your Duty Report will then appear with a notification alert to the circulation list. Whenever a student is tagged in a Duty Report, ReachBoarding pushes that data to the student’s personal records in their welfare and behaviour records.
Report Data –
Create custom reports on every aspect of boarding school life that is captured in the system, from attendance information, to pastoral reporting by grade or dorm, to the exact history of where students have traveled.
Meals Dashboard –
Anticipate attendance at mealtime, accounting for students off-campus so as to avoid unnecessary expense and waste. The module can also track meal preferences for special dietary concerns.
Pastoral Care –
Understanding and tracking pastoral information for students is a vital element of keeping them safe and accountable. ReachBoarding allows for staff to quickly take notes on student wellness and behavior and alerts administrators when concerns arise.
